We pride ourselves on getting your products to you quickly and safely. This page explains our delivery services, charges, postcode areas and what to expect when your order arrives.

Distributor and drop-ship orders only
One UK Mainland charge for qualifying large-item orders
£38 + VAT per order
Qualifying large-item orders placed by distributors for delivery to UK Mainland addresses have one standard delivery charge, regardless of the number of qualifying items ordered. This applies while the total delivery weight remains at or below 300 kg. For heavier orders, the pallet charges below apply.
The £38 charge is for qualifying distributor/drop-ship orders only. It does not replace standard-customer delivery rates. Unusual orders, non-mainland destinations or orders requiring special handling may cost more; we will contact you before dispatch where relevant.
How we choose the delivery service
To help your order arrive in perfect condition, we consider its size, weight and destination when selecting the delivery service.
- Orders weighing up to 300 kg are charged using the appropriate DPD rate, unless a qualifying distributor large-item rule or product-specific exception applies.
- For a standard DPD delivery, we pack no more than 25 kg in each box. An order may therefore be sent in multiple boxes, with the delivery charge calculated from the total shipment weight.
- Orders weighing more than 300 kg move to the pallet-rate system.
- Certain large, heavy or fragile products may need a pallet or another suitable service even when the total weight is lower.
- If a product is out of stock or has a lead time, we will contact you by phone or email. Please make sure your contact details are up to date; an order may be cancelled if we cannot contact you.

DPD dispatch and tracking
Our cut-off time for orders dispatched on the same working day is 12 noon, provided the products are in stock and available in our warehouse. We will endeavour to process orders received after this time, but they may be dispatched on the following working day.
UK Mainland orders are normally sent using a next-working-day DPD service once dispatched. This is an estimated service rather than a guaranteed delivery time, and couriers can experience unforeseen delays. Estimated times for other areas may vary and will be confirmed at checkout or dispatch where possible.
We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays or Bank Holidays. If you need a Saturday or pre-noon delivery in an area where this is available, please contact us for a price.
Tracking information
If your parcel is being drop-shipped, please make sure your customer is aware of the following information. Every drop-ship order must include a valid email address and telephone number for the recipient. If these are not provided, your account contact details will be added to the shipment so that the courier can send the required notifications.
You can track a DPD delivery using the tracking number included on your invoice. DPD’s online tracking provides the latest parcel location and estimated delivery information. You can also use the DPD website or app to manage delivery preferences, nominate a safe place, rearrange delivery or select an eligible neighbour, ServicePoint or depot.
Please check that a ServicePoint accepts the size of your parcel before redirecting it. Some locations do not accept large parcels, and a redelivery fee may apply if the ServicePoint refuses it.
Failed deliveries returned to us as undeliverable will incur a failed-delivery charge. If redelivery is requested, an additional carriage charge will also be payable.
Pallet delivery and access
Our pallet deliveries are fulfilled by HMT Group. Orders received before 12 noon are processed on the same working day when the products are available in our warehouse for immediate dispatch.
Pallet deliveries are normally dispatched on an estimated 1–4 working-day service. Offshore locations may take up to 7 working days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Tell us when ordering if you need a smaller vehicle or if there are access restrictions for large vehicles.
- You are responsible for ensuring the delivery vehicle can access the property.
- The vehicle will have a tail lift and a pallet truck. Delivery is kerbside only.
- Couriers are not insured to carry stoves or other goods into your property. Final placement is at the driver’s discretion.
- A flat, level area of hardstanding is needed for the pallet truck. Pallets cannot be moved down gravelled or uneven roads or driveways, so please arrange a suitable alternative delivery point if necessary.
Failure to disclose access restrictions may result in an aborted-delivery charge and a redelivery charge.
All pallet deliveries require a signature unless you specify “Can leave safe”, which is entirely at your own risk. If you do not request this and nobody is available to receive the delivery—or adequate access has not been provided—a redelivery charge will apply.
If you cannot inspect the pallet contents when they arrive, sign for the delivery as “Not Checked”. Damage, missing items or incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours, together with photographic evidence where applicable. Do not sign to say that damaged goods were received in good condition, as this may prevent a damage claim or refund.

Coming soon
SIS local delivery van trial
We will soon begin trialling local deliveries using our own SIS vans. This will give us greater control over deliveries and help us provide a more personal, reliable service.
If the trial is successful, we will gradually expand the areas covered by our own fleet. Availability will depend on the delivery location and the items and quantities ordered.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available from our showroom at 103–105 Mowbray Drive, Blackpool, FY3 7UN.
Our opening hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, and Saturday, 9am–3pm. When placing your order, leave a delivery note with your expected collection date and allow one working day for us to prepare the order.
Delivery exceptions
The following product-specific rules help us deliver large, heavy or fragile products safely. Distributor orders that qualify for the £38 UK Mainland large-item charge remain subject to the handling method needed for the product.
Glass
Any HD Stove Glass with a dimension of 600 mm or more will incur a pallet delivery charge. Because of its size, this is the only way we can deliver the glass safely.
Firebricks and vermiculite sheets
Any firebrick with a dimension over 600 × 500 mm incurs a double standard delivery charge because of its size.
Quarter vermiculite sheets are limited to two boards per single delivery charge because of their weight. Large and standard vermiculite sheets are delivered by pallet only because of their size.
Flue liner and twin-wall flue
Flexible flue liners and twin-wall flue systems require a suitable large-item or pallet delivery service because of their size. Qualifying distributor/drop-ship orders to UK Mainland addresses use the £38 + VAT per-order charge described above while the order remains at or below 300 kg. Orders above 300 kg use the pallet rates.
Stoves
All stoves are delivered by pallet because of their size and weight.
Non-combustible beams
Because of their size and fragile nature, all non-combustible beams are collection only. Please see the Click & Collect section above for the showroom address and opening hours.
