- “Company” refers to Stove Industry Supplies Ltd.
- “Customer” includes trade and public consumers.
- “Goods” means any products or services sold by the Company.
- “Website” refers to www.stoveindustrysupplies.com and any associated sites.
- “You” or “User” refers to anyone accessing the Website or purchasing Goods.
3. General Conditions of Sale
3.1 These terms apply to all transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Orders, whether oral or written, are offers by the Customer. Acceptance forms a binding contract.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices are current at the time of invoice. Clerical errors may be corrected.
4.2 VAT is charged at the rate applicable on the invoice date.
4.3 Payment for account customers is due by the end of the month following delivery. COD terms and penalties for late payment apply.
4.4 Website prices may vary. Promotional codes apply as stated.
4.5 Trade customers may be offered different pricing, credit arrangements, and delivery options, subject to individual agreements.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery dates are estimates. Timed deliveries are not guaranteed.
5.2 Claims for loss or damage must be made within 48 hours.
5.3 Goods are delivered at the Customer’s risk once dispatched.
5.4 Refusal to accept delivery or failure to provide payment may result in account suspension.
6. Returns and Cancellations
6.1 Goods may be returned within 14 days if unused and in resaleable condition.
6.2 Special orders and bespoke items (e.g., stove glass, firebricks, data plates, gauntlets) are non-refundable.
6.3 Restocking fees of up to 30% may apply.
6.4 Cancellations are allowed only before dispatch. After dispatch, our returns policy applies.
6.5 Consumers are entitled to the rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
7. Online Orders
7.1 Order acknowledgment is provided by email. Dispatch confirmation follows once shipped.
7.2 Orders may be declined for reasons including out-of-stock items or failed payment authorization.
7.3 Website transactions are conducted in English and archived.
7.4 All website orders must be paid in full before shipment. In the event of a pricing error, technical glitch, or any other issue that results in incorrect pricing—including but not limited to significantly reduced prices or a £0.00 total—Stove Industry Supplies reserves the right to cancel the order. Orders placed under such conditions will not be honored, and customers will be notified accordingly.
8. Website Use
8.1 Use of the Website constitutes agreement to these terms.

12.1 The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control, including pandemics, strikes, fire, or transport disruption.
13. Privacy and Security

13.2 We take reasonable steps to ensure transaction security.
14. Complaints Procedure
14.1 Please contact enquiries@stoveindustrysupplies.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve within 5 days.
15. International Sales
15.1 Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Delivery times may vary.
16. Severance and Waiver
16.1 If any term is found unenforceable, the rest remain valid.
16.2 No failure to enforce a right waives future enforcement.

17.1 These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
