The MI-FLEX Square Pot Hanging Cowl in Natural finish, 125mm, adheres to the latest BSEN standard, offering exceptional chimney liner protection. This cowl includes an integrated rain cap and bird guard, allowing the chimney liner to be installed without pot removal. It effectively prevents bird entry, while enhancing rain protection and supporting the liner’s weight at the top of the chimney pot. The terminal securely attaches to the flex using the standard jubilee fixing method (refer to installation instructions).

MF20 MI-FLEX accessories constitute a complete series of installation fittings meticulously crafted for compatibility with MI-FLEX 316 and 904 flexible flue liners, forming a complete chimney system when utilized together.

General Application:

These items are intended to be used alongside MI-FLEX Multi-fuel flexible flue liners, conforming to Building Regulations Document J specifications. It’s imperative to install the flexible flue liner completely enclosed within a masonry chimney. Suitable for appliances up to 600 degrees (T600 designation), suitable for wood, smokeless coal, gas, and oil applications.

Terminals:

Terminals primarily prevent water ingress or vermin/bird entry into the flue. When fitting a flue liner onto an appliance without a condensate drain, installing a terminal is essential to prevent excess water from passing through the system and reaching the appliance.
