Application:
This component is compatible with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600 degree. However, it’s crucial to emphasize that the VIT-Smooth pipe must solely serve as a connecting pipe between your appliance and Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System. Avoid using it to pass through ceilings or combustible walls for safety reasons.

Construction:
Crafted with precision from zero carbon steel, the single skin connecting flue system features a robust 1.2mm thickness and is coated with a durable 0.2mm Powder Vitreous Enamel finish in an elegant matte black. Adhering to EN1856-2 T600 N1 Vm L80120 G450 standards, it guarantees reliability and complies with safety regulations.

Installation:
During installation, maintain a minimum distance of 340mm from combustible materials like wood or plasterboards. Ensure the correct orientation of the VIT-Smooth – the smaller diameter should always point downward, allowing condensates to remain within the flue system.
Featuring a friction-fit joint system, it does not require joint sealing. However, consider applying a jointing compound like fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant to ensure no condensate escapes, preserving the pipe’s appearance. Take care to cover any exposed steel with high-temperature paint when cutting the system to prevent rusting over time. Always prioritize safety by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during installation.

Maintenance:
