INSTALLATION – CHECK LIST
1.Make sure the liner will go down the chimney (this can be done by pulling down a small section of the diameter liner you will be using)
2.Sweep your chimney.
3.Check you pot is in good condition, if you are NOT using a suspended cowl then remove the pot from the stack.

This double-skinned flexible flue liner is expertly designed for relining masonry chimneys, catering to a wide spectrum of fuel applications including gas, oil, coal, and more.
Construction:
Crafted with meticulous precision, this flue liner boasts a smooth inner liner constructed from robust 316L grade stainless steel, featuring a 0.105mm thickness. Its convoluted outer skin, also made from 316L stainless steel with a 0.105mm thickness, ensures superior durability. The liner is formed from a single strip of steel, bent at 180 degrees, and sealed using an Omega-Lock technique, guaranteeing optimal performance and longevity.
Approval and Installation Checklist:
HETAS and CE approvals validate the quality and compliance of this flue liner. Before installation, ensure the chimney’s suitability by confirming the liner’s passage, sweeping the chimney, and checking the pot’s condition. Installation must commence from the top of the chimney, with careful attention to directional arrows for proper gas flow. Use the Nose Cone (ordered separately) for secure installation, ensuring the liner is correctly positioned.
Maintenance:
To ensure safety and efficiency, regular maintenance is crucial. It is highly recommended to sweep and maintain chimneys serving solid fuel appliances at least once a year or as necessary to remove any build-up and ensure optimal functionality.
