INSTALLATION – CHECK LIST
1.Make sure the liner will go down the chimney (this can be done by pulling down a small section of the diameter liner you will be using)
2.Sweep your chimney.
3.Check you pot is in good condition, if you are NOT using a suspended cowl then remove the pot from the stack.

The 904L Mi-FLEX 150mm offers exceptional quality, crafted from top-tier 904L grade stainless steel, and comes with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty when installed using Screw-FIX accessories.
Application:
Designed as a double-skinned flexible flue liner, it’s ideal for relining within masonry chimneys, catering to a diverse range of fuels, including burning gas, oil, coal, coke, cured dry logs, cured dry peat, and approved smokeless fuels.
Construction:
This flue liner showcases a smooth 904L grade stainless steel inner liner, 0.105mm thick, complemented by a convoluted outer skin of the same thickness. Its construction features a single strip of steel bent at 180 degrees, with the seam folded in four planes, ensuring a robust quattrolock seal.
Approval and Installation Checklist:
Approved and listed by HETAS, this CE-approved Flue Liner meets rigorous quality standards. Before installation, ensure the chimney’s suitability, sweep it thoroughly, and assess the condition of the chimney pot, especially if not using a suspended cowl.
Installation:
Always install the Flue Liner from the top downwards, ensuring the arrows indicating gas flow point upwards.
Attach the Nose Cone (ordered separately) to the Flue Liner using a string, aligning the arrows upwards away from the Nose Cone to ensure proper installation direction.
While someone feeds the Flue Liner down from the top, pull it down the chimney using the attached string. Remove the Nose Cone once the Flue Liner is fitted.
Maintenance:
Routine maintenance is vital for chimneys serving solid fuel appliances. Sweep and maintain chimneys as frequently as needed, at least once a year, to maintain optimal performance.
