INSTALLATION – CHECK LIST
1.Make sure the liner will go down the chimney (this can be done by pulling down a small section of the diameter liner you will be using)
2.Sweep your chimney.
3.Check you pot is in good condition, if you are NOT using a suspended cowl then remove the pot from the stack.

The 316L Mi-FLEX 150mm is a premium-grade multi-fuel flexible flue liner crafted from high-quality 316L grade stainless steel. This product comes with a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty when installed using Screw-FIX accessories.
Application:
Designed as a double-skinned flexible flue liner, it’s ideal for relining within a masonry chimney. Suitable for various fuel types, including gas, oil, coal, coke, cured dry logs, and cured dry peat.
Construction:
This flue liner boasts a smooth inner liner crafted from durable 316L grade stainless steel, measuring 0.105mm in thickness. Its outer skin, also 0.105mm thick, features a convoluted design using the same stainless steel grade. The Flue Liner is constructed from a single strip of steel, bent at 180 degrees, and folded in four planes, ensuring a secure Omega-Lock seal.
Approval and Installation Checklist:
HETAS and CE approved, this Flue Liner meets stringent quality standards. Before installation, ensure the chimney’s suitability, sweep it thoroughly, and check the chimney pot’s condition.
Installation:
Always install the Flue Liner from the top downwards with the arrows indicating the gas flow pointing upwards.
Use a string to attach the Nose Cone (ordered separately) to the Flue Liner, aligning the arrows upward, ensuring a correct installation direction.
Pull the liner down the chimney using the attached string while simultaneously having someone feed it down from the top. Remove the Nose Cone once the Flue Liner is fitted.
Maintenance:
Routine chimney maintenance is essential. Sweep and maintain chimneys serving solid fuel appliances as needed, at least annually, to ensure optimal performance.
