The VIT-Smooth 500mm 2 Part Adjustable Pipe – 125mm offers a telescopic design (usable length 565-920mm) engineered to bridge gaps between two fixed points in a flue system. These pipes are fully adjustable, facilitating flexibility in setup, and include a securing clamp to firmly unite the two parts.

Application:
This adjustable pipe segment is adept for use with gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 600 degree. Ideal for connecting flues between appliances and Flue Liners, Chimney Stacks, or Twin Wall Flue Systems. Caution: Avoid using VIT-Smooth pipes to pass through ceilings or combustible walls.

Crafted as a single skin connecting flue system, VIT-Smooth comprises zero carbon steel with a Powder vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish. Engineered to withstand high temperatures while ensuring durability and performance.

Installation:
Maintain a minimum distance of 375mm between any section of the VIT-Smooth 500mm 2 Part Adjustable Pipe and combustible materials like wood or plaster. Correct installation orientation requires the smaller diameter to point downward to retain condensates within the flue system. The friction-fit joint system negates the need for additional sealing. However, for added security against condensate escape, joints can be sealed using fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant.

Maintenance:
Routine chimney inspection and cleaning are essential, particularly for solid fuel applications. Installing a VIT-Smooth with access doors at direction changes facilitates easy inspection.
