Application:
Ideal for gas, oil, and solid fuel appliances with temperature tolerances up to 600 degree, the VIT-Smooth pipe serves as an indispensable connecting component between your appliance and the Flue Liner, Chimney Stack, or Twin Wall Flue System. It’s imperative to note that this pipe isn’t suitable for passage through ceilings or combustible walls for safety reasons.

Construction:
Engineered from zero carbon steel and coated with a durable 1.2mm Powder Vitreous Enamel finish in a matte black hue, the VIT-Smooth Smooth 45 degree/135 degree Elbow ensures compliance with EN1856-2 T600 N1 Vm L80120 G450 standards. This single skin connecting flue system guarantees durability and reliability, meeting rigorous safety protocols.

Installation:
Maintain a safe distance of at least 160mm from combustible materials like wood or plasterboards during installation. Ensure correct orientation by positioning the smaller diameter downward to retain condensates within the flue system. The friction-fit joint system eliminates the need for additional sealing, but joints can be optionally coated with a jointing compound for added security.
