Remember, the VIT-Smooth pipe is exclusively intended for connecting applications and should not be utilized to pass through combustible ceilings or walls.

Manufactured with precision from zero carbon steel, the VIT-Smooth system boasts a single-skin design, fortified with a Powder vitreous enamel coating in a sleek matt black finish. Engineered to endure high temperatures, it’s suitable for a range of fuel appliances.

Installation:
Maintain a minimum clearance of 375mm between any section of the VIT-Smooth pipe within 100mm and combustible materials such as wood or plaster. Correct orientation is vital during installation, ensuring the smaller diameter points downward to retain condensates within the flue system. The friction-fit joint system eliminates the need for additional sealing, but for added reassurance, joints can be sealed with fire cement or high-temperature silicone sealant, safeguarding against condensate escape and maintaining the pipe’s aesthetic integrity.
