TWPro Matt Black – Offset Locking Band Ø125

Description

The TWPro Matt Black – Offset Locking Band Ø125 is used in conjunction with 15°, 30°, and 45° bends.

It replaces the Standard Locking Bands to strengthen joints where long offsets are required to increase stability.

This method of installation allows a maximum 250mm length to be used between the bends with no additional support after the offset.

If a longer offset is required provision for another wall band or support is needed after the offset.

It also allows the offset flue to be fitted free standing up to a maximum distance of 1.5m from the last support (the wall band must have a strong fixings).

Product Information

Application: Intended for use with solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, including woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.
Construction:

• Outer Skin: constructed from 304-grade Stainless Steel with a thickness of 0.4mm which is then coated in a high temperature black finish.
• Inner Skin: constructed from 316-grade Stainless Steel with a thickness of 0.4mm.
• Insulation: comprised of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m³.
• Welding All parts are meticulously welded.

Safety: A minimum 50mm distance to combustibles is required for TWPro.
Approvals: TWPro is HETAS Approved and CE marked.
