TWPro Silver – Screw-FIX Chest Mounting Plate – 125mm

Description

A transitional plate designed to convert MI-Flex flue liner to TWPro. This component is specifically engineered to be fixed onto the top of a lowered chimney stack. Important to note that the transition from flex to TWPro should occur inside the existing class 1 chimney stack.

Application: Designed for use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances, such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and other solid fuel appliances.

Construction: Constructed with an outer skin made from 304 grade stainless steel, 0.4mm thick, and an inner skin crafted from 316 grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3. All components are fully welded. Ensure a distance of 50mm from combustible materials.

Approvals: TWPro is HETAS Approved and is CE marked. Designation Numbers: EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50, EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.

Installation: As part of the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney system, these plates secure chimney parts together. Maintain a 50mm distance from the flue’s outside to any combustible material (wood, plasterboard).
