TWPro Silver – Structural Locking Band – 125mm

Description

The Structural Locking Band is designed to replace the standard locking band when an unsupported length of up to 2.9 metres is required in the chimney system. These bands should be used at each joint above and below the final wall support.

Application: Intended for use on solid fuel and gas/oil appliances such as woodstoves, gas coal effect fires, oil and gas boilers, and any solid fuel appliances.

Construction: Constructed with an outer skin made from 304 grade stainless steel, 0.4mm thick, and an inner skin made from 316 grade stainless steel, also 0.4mm thick. The insulation consists of compressed rockwool with a density of 200kg/m3. All components are fully welded. Ensure a distance of 50mm from combustible materials.

Approvals: TWPro is HETAS Approved and is CE marked. Designation Numbers: EN1856-1 T600 N1 W V2 L50040 G50, EN1856-1 T200 W V2 L50040 O20.

Installation: As part of the TWPro Twin Wall Insulated Chimney system, these bands are used to secure the chimney parts together, ensuring to maintain a 50mm distance from the flue’s outside to any combustible material (wood, plasterboard).
